Personalized products need more care than ordinary inventory. The YouXMe workflow is designed to keep the important details attached to the order, so each lamp can be prepared around the customer memory.
Step 1: Upload the photo
Use a JPG, PNG, or WEBP image with clear faces and good lighting. Original photos usually work better than screenshots or images saved from social media. If the image needs a specific crop, add that note before checkout.
Step 2: Add the song
Customers add the song title and artist name. A music code, Spotify link, Apple Music link, YouTube link, or other reference can be added if it helps identify the exact track.
Step 3: Add names, date, and notes
Names, initials, anniversary dates, wedding dates, city pairs, or short phrases can be included. We recommend keeping the printed text concise so the final acrylic design stays clean and readable.
Step 4: Made-to-order production
The design is prepared around the uploaded details, printed on clear acrylic, and paired with a warm wood LED base. The result is a small decorative light that can sit naturally in the recipient's room.
Helpful upload tips
- Choose one strong photo instead of a collage.
- Keep long messages for the card, not the lamp face.
- Use a song that already belongs to the relationship.
- Write clear notes if a face, date, or text line must be prioritized.
